Events

Open gym is every day from 2:30 - 7:30pm. $10 w/o a membership FIRST TIME IS FREE. We always have coaches floating around. Most of the competition fighters arrive around 4:30. If you want more one-on-one training come before 4pm.

We always have open gym but our competition fighters will be here during these times if you'd like to train with them.
